Project Summary

This project was created for a fitness coaching business that needed a more efficient way to capture leads,qualify prospects,schedule consultations,and automate communication.

Previously,lead management was largely manual,making it difficult to consistently follow up with prospects and prioritize high-value opportunities. Coaches were spending time on admin instead of coaching.
